There is no doubt, we live in a society where being busy seems to be something pretty normal. Actually, many of us when we are not busy we try to find things to keep ourselves being busy all the time. It seems like an addiction that we don’t realize about.
We keep constantly busy being busy. Maybe we are not so efficient. Maybe we don’t get done all the things we expect. Maybe we sacrifice our personal lives, our relationships, the childhood of our kids. And still, we believe that we should keep ourselves busy, otherwise we might be wasting our time and achieve our biggest goals will take longer.
That’s what most of us we’ve heard so many times. And that’s the BIG LIE.
Definitely, something needs to change.
